Our balms are made the way nature intended — real, grass-fed & finished tallow and botanical infusions, with nothing synthetic holding them together. No stabilizers. No fillers. Just clean ingredients that behave like real ingredients, which means they can soften or melt in warmer weather and/or during transit.
We take every precaution to protect your order to maintain its orginal state — insulating carefully, and other measures in the warmer months — but heat is still heat, and a little melting can happen along the way.
Rest assured, a melted product is just as pure, effective, and safe as one that arrives firm. Simply let it reset in the fridge and it will return to its original texture.
