Shipping policy
ORDER CONFIRMATION
As soon as you submit your order, you will receive an order confirmation via e-mail. This means that we have successfully received your order.
SHIPPING
Generally, orders will ship within 1-3 business days.
TallowHead is not responsible for packages that are stolen or lost once they have been scanned by USPS/UPS. If a package has been marked "delivered" but has not been received by the recipient, it generally shows up 3-4 days later with USPS. If it still has been stolen or lost by USPS, please contact us and we will give the necessary information for you to file a claim with USPS. However, TallowHead cannot refund products or shipping.
All packages that are attempted to be delivered and waiting at your local post office/UPS location are also in your care and you are responsible for retrieving the package.
Once your products arrives, please carefully inspect them. If you notice any damage, take pictures of damaged products, and please set them carefully in the box and contact us immediately at contact@tallowhead.com
Once the product have arrived safely to you, the product is now in your care. TallowHead is not responsible for jars breaking. Please treat all products (especially the glass jars) carefully and store them in safe places to avoid any breakage.
RETURNS & REFUND POLICY
TallowHead wants you to have the best experience possible with our products. Any unopened and unused product can be returned within 14 days of receiving your order. All sales are final and a return is invalid after 14 days.
