This beard balm is built the same way every TallowHead product is built — around 100% grass-fed, grass-finished tallow that mirrors your skin's own biology, so it nourishes the skin underneath your beard while it conditions every strand. Organic beeswax adds hold and shape, locking in moisture without weighing your beard down, while cold-pressed olive oil delivers a dose of vitamin E and antioxidants to calm any irritation or flaky skin hiding beneath the surface.

Finished with organic patchouli and bergamot, this balm carries a warm, woody pine-and-cedar aroma — grounded, not overpowering. A thumbnail-sized scoop, worked through your hands and massaged in, is enough to moisturize, tame flyaways, and shape your beard exactly how you want it.

Cold-pressed olive oil contains squalane and vitamin E which provides deep hydration. The antioxidants found within organic, cold-pressed olive oil calm inflamed, reddened, and irritated skin and may reduce the appearance of fine lines and wrinkles. In addition, it can provide protection from oxidative stress and premature aging and can help with overall puffiness.

Beeswax acts as a barrier locking in your skins moisture. Beeswax contains Vitamin A which is essential for supporting skin health, it contains nti-inflammatory and antimicrobial properties as well. Beeswax can help to soothe eczema and psoriasis flare-ups by forming a protective barrier on the skin.

We recommend scooping out about a thumb-nail size worth of beard balm and rub into your hands until thoroughly coated, and begin to massage into the bearda to moisturize and shape as desired. For longer beards, more balm will likely be needed.
